What’s holding you back?

You’ve likely been trying to figure this out on your own for a long time, and you’ve made it this far. Even successful high-achievers and founders need support sometimes. Sure, others may have it worse, but does that cancel out your right to feel better? Life is hard. What if things could be just a little easier?

Worried about losing control?

Trying to speak up for your ideas, build a life worth living, stop procrastination, or overcome perfectionism? Bored with your work, getting irritated with people, feeling anxious about your business, or hate your mean boss? Finding it hard to calm yourself down or enjoy free time?

SUPPORTED CLIENTS FROM:

Lisa Andresen, LCSW

THERAPIST/ FOUNDER COACH

I’m a Stanford and Columbia trained Clinician, Founder Coach, entrepreneurial mental health researcher, former start-up founder, and ex-Microsoft marketer.

I studied high conflict personalities with Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq and Narcissism with Dr. Ramani.

I saw our broken healthcare system firsthand on the frontlines at UCSF Primary Care, Zuckerberg SF General Hospital, and Bay Area community mental health agencies.

I started a Career Changers Scholarship for future therapists to fill the clinician shortage. I also manage office spaces to help revive my hometown San Francisco.

I hustle for perfection. And sometimes I remember to chill out and have fun!
