Therapy works with the right therapist

Everyone’s story is different, and yet, I know there is nothing wrong with you; I want to understand what happened to you.

You’ve likely been trying to figure this out on your own for a long time, and you’ve made it this far. Even the most resourceful, resilient, and successful people need support sometimes.

What are the thoughts playing on repeat for you? What have you been keeping inside? What’s holding you back from your goals? Soon, you can find the words to articulate your beliefs, boundaries, and feelings. You can learn to notice how distress shows up in your mind and body. What would it be like if you honored the signals negative experiences send you?

strengthen your well-being

Every therapy session will focus on empowering you with insight, strategies, and tools to move forward. Gradually, your comfort within our relationship will grow. I will offer you an empathetic, non-judgmental, and clinically-informed space to work through whatever you want.

I promise you that things can get better for you soon, and that therapy with me will not last forever. Together, we will analytically track your target goal areas and celebrate your progress. Recovery is not linear, but it is possible.
