Does therapy work?

Uncertainty is uncomfortable, and yet only you’ll know best what works for you. Are your goals important enough to give therapy a try?

Deciding to see a therapist can be challenging, especially when you’re self-reliant and don’t often ask for help. Maybe you’ve also been disappointed with other resources or past clinicians.
